Can I sync manually?

Yes. The Diff tab is where you compare any two env files. The search box filters by key name, arrow buttons on each row let you sync individual keys, and there are bulk “Add N to file” buttons if you’d rather just add everything in one go. A sync mode toggle lets you choose keys-only or keys+values, depending on how cautious you’re feeling.
