Can I manually add or remove frameworks and packages?

Yes. Open Project Settings (the gear icon on a project) and switch to the Detection tab — you’ll find Frameworks and Packages sections where you can add from the predefined list, type a custom name, or remove existing ones. There’s also a Re-detect button if you’d rather rescan from the project files.
